What is the DaVinci EQ?

The DaVinci EQ is a premium electric dab device designed for precise temperature control, clean vapor production, and modular concentrate use. It delivers the benefits of an E Rig — consistent heat, no torch, and smooth water‑filtered vapor — in a compact, touchscreen‑controlled system.

How do I charge my EQ?

Connect the provided USB-C cable to the port on the side of the base. The EQ charges at 5V and up to 2A, taking approximately 2-3hours for a full charge.

How do I turn the EQ device on/off?

Click the Command Button 5 times to power the EQ on or off. The device automatically shuts down after 5 minutes of inactivity or when the battery becomes critically low.

What temperature settings are available for EQ?

The EQ offers two modes: 

  • Precision Temperature Mode: Set any temperature from 450-650°F (232-343°C). The temperature remains constant throughout your session for optimal flavor consistency. 

The default temperature is 550°F (288°C) or your last set precision temperature. 

  • Smart Path™ Mode:  

 Choose from 4 customizable paths. Default Smart Paths are:  

  • Atomic: 600-620°F (316-327°C) 
  • Clouds: 560-580°F (293-394°C) 
  • Flavor: 520-540°F (271-282°C) 
  • Terpene: 480-500°F (249-260°C) 

 You can customize the paths, duration and name under the settings screen. 

How do I start a heating session with EQ?

Press and hold the Command Button for 2 seconds to turn on the heater. TheE Rigdevice will vibrate. Once the heater reaches your set temperature, the LED lights turn green. A 45-second session will automatically start.

How long does the EQ battery last?

The3000mAh battery provides approximately 50 hits, though this varies based on runtime, temperature settings, and usage conditions.

Can I use the EQ for travel?

The EQ comes with a travel case with dividers, making it portable. However, always check local lawsregardingconcentratedevices before traveling.

Can I customize how my EQ looks?

Absolutely! You can adjust LED lights (with multiple light shows), screen brightness, and choose from 30+ background themes to make your EQ your own.

Can I use the EQ for flower?

We design each device with intention. While you could technically place flower in the Electric Quartz Crucible, the high temperatures would lead to combustion. Check out DaVinci IQ3 for a better herbal experience.

What does the warranty cover?

What's the best temperature for flavor?

For maximum flavor and terpene preservation,use lower temperatures in the EQ Electric Quartz System(450-510°F). Cold start loading also enhances flavor by allowing different terpenes to express individually as temperature rises.

How do I deep clean my Jacuzzi bubbler?

Detach the bubbler from the base, remove the mouthpiece, and discard any liquid. Add isopropyl alcohol, rock salt and swirl to dissolve reclaim.It's best to soak it in a bag to really get the iso and rocksalt in there. Flush thoroughly with clean water to remove any solvent residue.
