Bevor Sie eine Fehlerbehebungs-/Garantieanfrage senden, versuchen Sie zunächst, das Gerät auf die Werkseinstellungen zurückzusetzen.

Stellen Sie zunächst sicher, dass die Batterie richtig eingelegt ist, die Batterieabdeckung verriegelt ist und das Sicherheitsband entfernt wurde:
- Öffnen Sie das Batteriefach, entfernen Sie das Sicherheitsband und stellen Sie sicher, dass das Batteriefach vollständig geschlossen ist
- Das folgende Video zeigt, wie Sie die Batterie richtig einsetzen/wechseln und sicherstellen, dass die Abdeckung vollständig geschlossen ist. Die Batterieverriegelung erfordert manchmal Kraft zum Schließen. Bei Schwierigkeiten können Sie den Riegel mit dem Pick-Tool öffnen.

- Wischen Sie das Batteriefach und die Unterseite des Batteriefachs (die Minusseite) ab.
- Reinigen Sie das Scharnier des Batteriefachs mit einem Wattestäbchen und Alkohol. Bewegen Sie das Fach 15–30 Sekunden lang hin und her, um den Alkohol zwischen Scharnier und Scharnierstift zu verteilen. Wiederholen Sie diesen Schritt einige Male.

Versuchen Sie es mit einer anderen Stromquelle, beispielsweise dem USB-Anschluss eines Computers oder einem anderen Wandadapter. - Richtiges Kabel
Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie ein USB-A/USB-C-Ladekabel verwenden. Normale USB-C/USB-C-Ladekabel sind nicht mit unseren Vaporizern kompatibel. - Batterieanschluss
Wenn der Anschluss am Boden des Batteriefachs zusammengedrückt wird, entsteht ein Spalt zwischen der Batterie und ihren Anschlüssen. Heben Sie den Anschluss mit einer Pinzette etwa 1–2 mm an. Setzen Sie die Batterie anschließend wieder ein und prüfen Sie, ob sie geladen ist. - Testen des Geräts
Wenn der Akku leer ist, wird das Symbol nicht angezeigt. Nehmen Sie den Akku heraus und lassen Sie den Deckel und die Klappe geöffnet. Schließen Sie dann das Ladekabel an. Das Gerät sollte kurz ein leeres Akkusymbol anzeigen und sich dann ausschalten. Drücken Sie bei angeschlossenem Kabel alle Tasten. Die Lichter sollten dann aufleuchten. - Testen Sie die Batterie
Stecken Sie nach dem Einsetzen des Akkus das Ladekabel in das Gerät. Auch wenn das Ladesymbol nicht angezeigt wird, lassen Sie das Kabel 60–90 Minuten lang angeschlossen. Ziehen Sie dann das Kabel ab, warten Sie 10 Sekunden und stecken Sie es wieder ein.

Generally, if the material is changing color and you taste the vapor, it is working. Follow the steps below to confirm your device is charged and cleaned. Then review the recommended packing and drawing methods to ensure a steady flow of vapor!

Herb Grind and Fill
If the battery is fully charged and all connection points and airways are clean, the method of herb grinding and filling is the final step to ensure great vapor production.

Medium grind works best. Anything too fine will not produce vapor. -

Different herbs produce different amounts of vapor, including different strains of the same herb. -
Oven Fullness
Fill to the top, but not past the white oven line. -
Oven Density
Pack the herb semi-loosely and gently tap it down with a fingertip. -
Vaping Temperature
Different herbs require different temperatures. For the best vapor quality, start at 380° fahrenheit and increase from there.

Mouthpiece Notes
With the flat mouthpiece, make sure the silicone gasket is not upside-down. This is a common mistake. If using the extended mouthpiece without success, remove it and test with the flat mouthpiece first. The airpath holes will regulate the draw. -
Ascent or IQ Series
Glass spacers can be used in the oven to increase vapor production.
Sticky material with a higher moisture content requires more heat and produces less vapor. It is helpful to stir it midway through the session with the metal pick.
