The MIQRO-C is DaVinci’s ultra-compact pocket vaporizer, roughly the size of a key fob. It shares the
same zirconia vapor path and Smart Path technology as the IQ Core but in a significantly smaller form factor with a smaller oven and shorter battery life. The IQ Core offers a fuller session experience, a larger oven, and more runtime. The MIQRO-C is the right choice when maximum portability and
discretion are the priority. The IQ Core is the everyday device.

The IQ Core and IQ3 share the same core DaVinci engineering: zirconia airpath, Smart Paths, conduction heating, and a replaceable battery. The differences are in features and price. The IQ3
is the flagship model at a higher price point. It features a larger oven (up to 0.7g vs. 0.5g), a 21700 battery for longer runtime (up to 90 minutes vs. 60), Cool Core vapor cooling, adjustable airflow via an Air Dial, and a 10-year warranty. The IQ Core runs an 18650 battery, holds up to 0.5g, and comes with a 5-year warranty. For most everyday users, the IQ Core covers everything needed for a consistent daily session at a more accessible price.

Every surface the vapor contacts in the IQ Core is either zirconia ceramic or glass. The mouthpiece is zirconia. The airpath is zirconia. The oven is zirconia-lined ceramic. There are no
plastics, rubber, silicone, or metals in the vapor path. Zirconia (ZrO₂) is biocompatible, meaning it is the same class of material used in medical and dental implants. It does not off-gas, degrade, or react with heat.

The IQ Core charges via USB-C and reaches a full charge in approximately two hours. The battery can also be removed and charged externally using a standard 18650 battery charger, which is
recommended for daily users who want to extend long-term battery health.

The IQ Core delivers approximately 60 minutes of continuous use on a full charge, which typically covers 5 to 6 average sessions depending on temperature and session length. Carrying a spare
18650 battery is the simplest way to extend runtime indefinitely.

The IQ Core uses a standard 18650 lithium-ion battery (3000mAh). The battery is fully user-replaceable: open the battery door, swap it out, and continue your session without waiting for a
charge. 18650 batteries are widely available and are not proprietary to DaVinci, so replacements are easy to find.

The IQ Core oven holds up to 0.5 grams of ground dry herb. The zirconia pearl on the oven lid can be extended for a full 0.5g pack or threaded down to reduce oven size for smaller sessions. For the most precise dosing, stainless steel dosage capsules (sold separately) drop directly into the oven and can be pre-loaded before a session.

The IQ Core heats up in 45 to 60 seconds depending on the selected temperature or Smart Path. Higher temperatures take slightly longer. Once at temperature, the device maintains it consistently for the duration of your session.

Smart Paths are four preset temperature curves built into the IQ Core. Rather than holding a single fixed temperature throughout a session, each Smart Path gradually increases heat over
time. This mirrors how different compounds in your herb vaporize at different temperatures: terpenes release at lower temperatures (around 300°F to 360°F), while cannabinoids extract more fully as heat rises toward 430°F. Smart Paths let you move through that full range in a single session without manually adjusting temperature mid-draw.

The four Smart Paths on the IQ Core are High Noon (360°F to 370°F), Sunset (370°F to 390°F), Moonlight (390°F to 410°F), and Sandman (410°F to 430°F). You can also set any temperature manually in 1°F increments directly on the device.

A zirconia airpath means the channel your vapor travels through from the oven to your lips is made entirely from zirconia ceramic (ZrO₂). Zirconia is chemically inert, meaning it does not react with heat, terpenes, or cannabinoids. Vaporizers with plastic, silicone, or metal in the airpath can introduce off-flavors, especially at higher temperatures. A full zirconia airpath ensures the vapor you inhale tastes only like what you packed, not the device.

The IQ Core is one of the few portable vaporizers with a fully zirconia ceramic airpath and mouthpiece. Zirconia is a high-performance ceramic used in medical implants and aerospace
components. It is completely inert at vaporization temperatures, adds nothing to the vapor, and does not degrade over time. Most portable vaporizers at this price point use plastic, rubber, or metal components somewhere in the vapor path. The IQ Core does not.

The IQ Core is a conduction vaporizer. Conduction heats herb through direct contact with the oven walls rather than passing hot air through it. The IQ Core’s zirconia-lined oven and
adjustable pearl work together to distribute that heat evenly across the material, which reduces hot spots and produces consistent vapor from the first draw to the last.

Conduction vaporizers heat up faster, run more efficiently on battery, and tend to produce denser, fuller draws than convection. They work best with a slow, steady pull.
