Where can I find the MIQRO-C serial number?

Your serial number can be found in the following places:

  1. Engraved underneath the “MIQRO-C” logo on the back of the device
  2. Printed on a transparent sticker typically located next to the UPC and barcode on the outer sleeve of the packaging
Can I vaporize essential oils in my MIQRO-C?

No, the MIQRO-C is not intended to vaporize essential oils.

Does the MIQRO-C display hidden words like the MIQRO?

No, because of the newly added 4 light feature on the MIQRO-C the device is unable to display any hidden words.

Does the MIQRO-C connect to water pipes?

The MIQRO-C comes fitted with a flat mouthpiece for discreet, hygienic use. For use with water filtration systems, remove the flat mouthpiece and replace it with the 10mm Water Tool Adapter (silicone). First, open the top cap of the MIQRO-C and remove the flat mouthpiece. Replace it with the 10MM Water Tool Adapter inside of your top cap. Once you have installed your adapter, close the top cap, insert the 10mm adapter into your favorite water tool, and enjoy it!
