COMMON TROUBLESHOOTING
IL DISPOSITIVO NON SI ACCENDE
Prima di inviare una richiesta di risoluzione dei problemi/garanzia, prova innanzitutto a eseguire un ripristino delle impostazioni di fabbrica.

Per prima cosa, assicurati che la batteria sia inserita correttamente, che lo sportello della batteria sia chiuso e che il nastro di sicurezza sia stato rimosso:
- Aprire il vano batteria, rimuovere il nastro di sicurezza e assicurarsi che lo sportello della batteria sia completamente chiuso
- Il video qui sotto mostra come inserire/sostituire correttamente la batteria e assicurarsi che lo sportello sia completamente chiuso. A volte, il fermo della batteria richiede forza per chiudersi. In caso di difficoltà, è possibile utilizzare l'apposito attrezzo per spostare il fermo.
Quindi, assicurati che tutti i collegamenti e le cerniere siano puliti:

- Rimuovere la batteria e pulire il lato negativo
- Pulisci lo sportello della batteria e la parte inferiore dello sportello della batteria (il lato negativo)
- Con un cotton fioc imbevuto di alcol, pulisci la cerniera dello sportello della batteria. Muovi lo sportello avanti e indietro con un movimento di apertura/chiusura per 15-30 secondi per far penetrare l'alcol tra la cerniera e il perno. Ripeti questo passaggio più volte.

Verifica di utilizzare un cavo di ricarica USB-A/USB-C. I normali cavi di ricarica USB-C/USB-C non sono compatibili con i nostri vaporizzatori. - Collegamento della batteria
Se il terminale sul fondo del vano batteria si comprime, si crea una fessura tra la batteria e i suoi connettori. Utilizzando una pinzetta a punta sottile, sollevare il terminale di circa 1-2 mm. Quindi reinserire la batteria per verificare se è carica. - Testare il dispositivo
Quando la batteria è scarica, l'icona non verrà visualizzata. Rimuovere la batteria, lasciando il coperchio superiore e lo sportello aperti. Quindi collegare il cavo di ricarica. L'unità dovrebbe lampeggiare rapidamente con l'icona di batteria scarica e poi spegnersi. Con il cavo ancora collegato, premere ciascun pulsante e le spie dovrebbero accendersi. - Prova la batteria
Con la batteria installata, collega il cavo di ricarica al dispositivo. Anche se l'icona di ricarica non viene visualizzata, tieni il cavo collegato per 60-90 minuti. Quindi scollega il cavo, attendi 10 secondi e ricollegalo.

Herb Grind and Fill
If the battery is fully charged and all connection points and airways are clean, the method of herb grinding and filling is the final step to ensure great vapor production.

Medium grind works best. Anything too fine will not produce vapor. -

Different herbs produce different amounts of vapor, including different strains of the same herb. -
Oven Fullness
Fill to the top, but not past the white oven line. -
Oven Density
Pack the herb semi-loosely and gently tap it down with a fingertip. -
Vaping Temperature
Different herbs require different temperatures. For the best vapor quality, start at 380° fahrenheit and increase from there.

Mouthpiece Notes
With the flat mouthpiece, make sure the silicone gasket is not upside-down. This is a common mistake. If using the extended mouthpiece without success, remove it and test with the flat mouthpiece first. The airpath holes will regulate the draw. -
Ascent or IQ Series
Glass spacers can be used in the oven to increase vapor production.
Sticky material with a higher moisture content requires more heat and produces less vapor. It is helpful to stir it midway through the session with the metal pick.
