Avant de soumettre une demande de dépannage/garantie, essayez d’abord d’effectuer une réinitialisation d’usine.

Tout d’abord, assurez-vous que la batterie est correctement insérée, que le couvercle de la batterie est verrouillé et que le ruban de sécurité est retiré :
- Ouvrez le compartiment à piles, retirez le ruban de sécurité et assurez-vous que le couvercle du compartiment à piles est complètement fermé.
- La vidéo ci-dessous montre comment insérer/changer correctement la pile et s'assurer que le couvercle est bien fermé. Il faut parfois forcer pour fermer le loquet de la pile. Vous pouvez utiliser l'outil de crochetage pour le déplacer en cas de difficulté.
Ensuite, assurez-vous que toutes les connexions et charnières sont nettoyées :

- Retirez la batterie et nettoyez le côté négatif
- Essuyez le couvercle de la batterie et le dessous du couvercle de la batterie (le côté négatif)
- À l'aide d'un coton-tige et d'alcool, nettoyez la charnière du compartiment à piles. Exercez un mouvement d'ouverture/fermeture de la porte pendant 15 à 30 secondes pour faire pénétrer l'alcool entre la charnière et son axe. Répétez cette étape plusieurs fois.

Vérifiez que vous utilisez un câble de charge USB-A/USB-C. Les câbles de charge USB-C/USB-C classiques ne sont pas compatibles avec nos vaporisateurs. - Connexion de la batterie
Si la borne située au bas du compartiment de la batterie est comprimée, un espace se forme entre la batterie et ses connecteurs. À l'aide d'une pince à bec effilé, soulevez la borne d'environ 1 à 2 mm. Remettez ensuite la batterie en place pour vérifier si elle est chargée. - Tester l'appareil
Lorsque la batterie est déchargée, l'icône ne s'affiche pas. Retirez la batterie en laissant le couvercle et la porte ouverts. Branchez ensuite le câble de charge. L'appareil devrait afficher rapidement une icône de batterie vide, puis s'éteindre. Avec le câble toujours branché, appuyez sur chaque bouton ; les voyants devraient s'allumer. - Tester la batterie
Une fois la batterie installée, branchez le câble de charge sur l'appareil. Même si l'icône de charge ne s'affiche pas, laissez le câble branché pendant 60 à 90 minutes. Débranchez-le ensuite, attendez 10 secondes, puis rebranchez-le.

Herb Grind and Fill

Medium grind works best. Anything too fine will not produce vapor. -

Different herbs produce different amounts of vapor, including different strains of the same herb. -
Oven Fullness
Fill to the top, but not past the white oven line. -
Oven Density
Pack the herb semi-loosely and gently tap it down with a fingertip. -
Vaping Temperature
Different herbs require different temperatures. For the best vapor quality, start at 380° fahrenheit and increase from there.

Mouthpiece Notes
With the flat mouthpiece, make sure the silicone gasket is not upside-down. This is a common mistake. If using the extended mouthpiece without success, remove it and test with the flat mouthpiece first. The airpath holes will regulate the draw. -

Glass spacers can be used in the oven to increase vapor production.
Sticky material with a higher moisture content requires more heat and produces less vapor. It is helpful to stir it midway through the session with the metal pick.
