Does the ARTIQ have an auto-shut off feature?

No, once the ARTIQ is turned on it will remain on until it is turned off manually or runs out of battery.

Where can I find the ARTIQ's serial number?

Your serial number can be found in the following places:

  1. Engraved on the battery, in the area of where the cartridge sits.
  2. Printed on a transparent sticker typically located next to the UPC and barcode on the bottom of the packaging.
Does the ARTIQ connect to water pipes?

The ARTIQ comes fitted with a flat mouthpiece for discreet, hygienic use. For use with water filtration systems, remove the flat mouthpiece and replace it with the ARTIQ's 10mm Water Tool Adapter (silicone). Please note, this accessory is sold separately.

Does the ARTIQ have an app?

No, ARTIQ does not have an app.

How long will the ARTIQ's battery last?

ARTIQ's battery will last approximately 500 draws.

Can the ARTIQ be used while charging?

Yes, the ARTIQ is equipped with passthrough charging, so you can use it while charging.

How do I know which heat mode is right for me?
  • Heat mode low - FLAVOR Use the Low Heat Mode to spark creativity and enjoy the flavors of your oil. The 2.8V is the perfect starting point for users who are new to DaVinci's cartridge vaporizer and prefer the journey.
  • Heat mode medium - MIND Elevate into the Medium Heat Mode to stay awake and active, while gently enlightening your spirit. This voltage is ideal for the casual user who is ready to socialize and have good time.
  • Heat mode high - REST Discover High Heat Mode to release any stress or pain and allow intense sedation to captivate you. This voltage is the ultimate choice for the expert user.
What is the carb function?

The carb function allows you to fully clear any remaining vapor in the elongated air path. We recommend to utilize the carb function at the end of your session to prevent possible clogging. To initiate the carb function, simply press and hold the control button and inhale any remaining vapor. ARTIQ’s heart will flatline while carbing.

Why is my ARTIQ not producing vapor but still vibrating and flashing red?

If your ARTIQ isn't producing vapor, but vibrating while the LED light is flashing red, this indicates a "No Atomizer Warning". This signals that there is a connectivity issue between the cartridge and the atomizer. To resolve this, (1) confirm your collar and cartridge are tightly connected and combined with the atomizer (2) perform a proper cleaning on your device. Specifically, the bottom of your cart and the area around the connector to remove any residual resin. The ARTIQ will indicate a positive connection by displaying the green LED light (the device will not vibrate). Once you're connected, you're back on track to enjoying ultra cool vapor.

What cartridges are compatible with the ARTIQ?

The ARTIQ works with most bottom airflow 510-threaded cartridges. The standard size capacity is: 0.3g, 0.5g, and 1g cartridges.

What is the elongated vapor path made from?

ARTIQ's unique elongated air path is made of medical-grade stainless steel 316.

What is the mouthpiece made from?

The top cap is crafted from Tritan. Whether it's a single session or a group session, the patented design increases sanitation between each use. The mouthpiece insert is made from heat-resistant silicone which has been specially cured.

How do I know when the battery is 100% charged?

The LED light will indicate the battery percentage while your device is charging:

  • Flashing RED LED = 0% - 30% Charged
  • Flashing BLUE LED = 30% - 60% Charged
  • Flashing Green LED = 60% - 99% Charged
  • Solid Green LED = 100% Charged

How do I reset to factory default settings?

While the device is powered off, press and hold down the Control Button for 10 seconds. This will reset the ARTIQ back to the original factory settings.

Is the oven bowl removable?

How do I use the air dial?

Turn the dial on bottom lid counterclockwise to increase air flow and to decrease draw resistance until your desired level is reached. To increase vapor density, decrease air flow and increase draw resistance, turn the air dial clockwise.
